Airport Shuttle and Post Arrival:

• - Kabayan provides Airport Shuttle to its client's workers carrying both the client and the company's logo.
• - All workers are provided with a Welcome Kabayan package.
• - All workers are provided an accomodation and food prior to deployment for the next 3 days.

Accomodation support:

• - Kabayan provides accomodation to its clients workers in a 6-month contract. All accomodations follow the NZ housing standard and has hight regard to health and sanitation
• - Kabayan identifies and trains potential house leaders who will be its ally in maintaing the orderliness and cleanliness of its accomodation.
• - All accomodations are fully furnished including utilities such as power, water, internet, and The Filipino Channel (TFC).
• - A month-end inspection is in place as part of the accomodation maintenance together with the house leader.

Pre-Deployment Seminar/ Job Breifeing:

• - Bank Account Set-up and IRD Application
• - Living in New Zealand (cultural integration)
• - Driving in New Zealand
• - Car Care Program, Financing, and Insurance
• - Housekeeping and Tenancy
• - Job Emplyer Breifing

Service Vehicle

• - Kabayan ensures its clients workers get on the job site without any issues. Thus provides a service vehicle on a 1m month lease ONLY option.
• - Kabayan has a strong partnership with Axiom Vehicle Imports who is the vehicle provider for major labour hire companies in NZ
• - All Vehicles provided is fully compliant and AA appraised giving our wordres a piece of mind when driving the car
